Do you have a plan to run a company that specializes in providing other companies that basically involve building houses with the raw materials that they can use for the building materials? You may be thinking of dolomite, kaolin, silica, and/or vermiculite, because they are often used in paints, coating, and/or cement mixture. Unless you have a lot of money invested in the bank, you may not want to do all the mining processes and refining the raw materials freshly taken out of the ground because that can take a lot of money to buy the machines, the tractors to dig the materials, and build the factory. All of those processes would also take a long time until you could actually make money out of it.
What you can do is to buy the raw materials like vermiculite, quartz, dolomite, and mica, from another supplying company that actually does their own mining and refining. So, you want to buy refined raw materials that you can resell and that need mixing together with some other materials to create the ready-to-use construction materials.
